Hidden among pine trees in Popowo-Letnisko, near Serock and just 45 minutes from Warsaw, this home was created for those who want to slow down. To step away from the noise, reconnect with nature, and spend meaningful time – with themselves or with others.

It’s a space perfectly suited for yoga retreats, mindful workshops, small group getaways, or calm team offsites. Large windows open the interior to the surrounding forest, while natural materials and a soft, understated design create an atmosphere that encourages rest and focus.

Here, mornings begin with coffee on the terrace and birdsong, and evenings unfold slowly, in warm light and unhurried conversation.

The house sits on a fenced plot surrounded by forest, offering both privacy and a sense of calm. There is no city noise here – just space to breathe, move, and be present.

This place has its own rhythm – quiet and intentional.
We do not host loud parties or events. Respect for nature, neighbors, and nighttime quiet is an essential part of staying here.

The area
Popowo-Letnisko is a peaceful, green area near Serock, close to the Narew River and the Zegrze Reservoir. Within a short drive or bike ride, you’ll find:
– Serock – a charming small town with a market square and scenic viewpoints over the river
– Zegrze Reservoir – perfect for walks, water activities, and sunsets
– cycling paths and nature trails along the river
– quiet, wild beaches ideal for a picnic by the water

This is a place for those seeking calm, nature, and quality time – whether for a retreat, remote work, or simply a reset.

If it feels like the right place for you, you’re very welcome here. A refundable security deposit of 2000 PLN is required for each reservation as a safeguard for the property during your stay. The deposit must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival — this is a necessary condition for receiving the access codes to the house. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, following inspection of the property.
