The house consists of five comfortable rooms, ensuring coziness and privacy for every family member or group of friends. A spacious garden offers a perfect place to relax on warm days.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, comfortable outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a barbecue grill, an outdoor dining table for shared meals, and a playground for children.
On the ground floor, there is a cozy, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a TV with Netflix access. Next to the living room, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and an air-conditioned office with a comfortable desk and sofa, which can also serve as an additional sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for preparing any meal.
Upstairs, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a double bed, and one of them also includes a child’s bed. There is also the option to add two extra single beds in any room for greater flexibility.
For your safety, the property is equipped with anti-burglary shutters and an alarm system. Private parking is available on the premises.
The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet — ideal for rest and relaxation.
The house is fully self-sufficient, powered by a heat pump and solar panels. Air conditioning can be individually adjusted in each room.
