The 4-room apartment for a maximum of 7 people consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen area, and a bathroom with a comfortable, large shower.
Bed arrangement:
Bedroom 1 - a large double bed
Bedroom 2 - two single beds
Bedroom 3 - one single bed
Living room - a fold-out double sofa
All rooms can be locked, ensuring independence in using the kitchen area. The kitchenette is equipped with all kitchen accessories, a spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Both the main bedroom and the living room have access to a balcony. These two rooms also have air conditioning, which is a relief on hot summer days.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is an elevator in the building, although you need to climb a few steps to reach it.
For guests planning to arrive with a larger group, it's possible to rent a separate 2-person studio adjacent to the apartment. The apartments have a direct connection through the living room, separated by two pairs of soundproof doors.
Parking for your car is possible on the street. Since it's in the city center, finding a parking spot may sometimes take a little time. Parking is free on weekends, and charges for other days and additional useful information can be found here: Parking in Warsaw.
Hoża Street is well-known to the residents of Warsaw and visitors primarily for its excellent central location.
Right outside the building, you'll find plenty of great restaurants (we personally recommend delicious food at Made in Vietnam) and shops. You can also sit in the shade of dense ash trees with a good cup of coffee and watch the locals walking their dogs in the city center.
