In the living area you can sit comfortably at the table, on warm days you can also use the balcony, and if it gets too hot, the air conditioning will cool the temperature.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator in the building, with few steps to get there.

For guests planning to arrive in a larger group, it is possible to rent the apartment next door, the apartments have a direct passage separated by two pairs of tight doors.

Hoża Street is known to Warsaw residents and visitors primarily for its great location in the very center of Warsaw. Although there is a lot of traffic and the street is full of life, the apartment's windows overlooking the yard will ensure a good night's sleep.

Right at the exit of the building, there are plenty of great restaurants (we personally recommend the delicious food at Made in Vietnam) and shops. You can also sit in the shade of dense ash trees with a good cup of coffee and watch the inhabitants of Śródmieście walking with their dogs.
