At the same time, it is just a few steps from the bustling Nowy Świat street, the Powiśle Power Plant full of restaurants and the frequently visited Copernicus Science Center. An 8-minute walk is enough to reach the Vistula Boulevards and the Copernicus Science Center metro station, and 3 minutes to visit the Fryderyk Chopin Museum.

The apartment consists of a sleeping area with a double bed measuring 140x200 cm separated by a glass folding door, a living room with a fold-out sofa (when unfolded for 1 adult plus a child or 2 small people) and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

In spring, a huge cherry tree blooms outside the window, and in summer, its leaves protect you from the heat. The living room can accommodate 4 people comfortably at the table.
